21 Day Fitness Reset - Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 27/9/2026 Challenge runs: 29th September - 19th October IST
1. Overview
The 21 Day Fitness Reset (the "Challenge") is run by HealthHustler.ai Corporation, trading as Live150 ("we", "us", "our"), and takes place in the Live150 app. By entering, you agree to these terms.
There are two separate outcomes, and they are decided in different ways.
Qualifying earns you the Fitness Ace badge. It is measured automatically by the app, it is passed or failed against a fixed bar, and everyone who meets that bar earns it. There is no limit on how many people can qualify.
Winning earns you the prize. One winner is chosen by a review panel from everyone who qualified, using the criteria in Section 4. Fitness Challenge starts on 29th September but if you join later you will still be able to participate but you will not be eligible to be the winner.
There is no entry fee. No purchase is required to enter or win. Qualifying does not guarantee winning.
2. Eligibility
- You must be a resident in India, aged 18 or older.
- You must have a registered Live150 account in your own name.
- One account per person.
- Employees of Live150.ai, their immediate families, and Manthan Gattani(@thatfitmathsteacher) are not eligible for the prize.
3. Qualifying rules - how to earn the badge
You qualify by completing the challenge inside the app. This is measured automatically.
3.1 Daily requirements
On each day of the challenge you must:
- Log 3 different meal types - Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks or Dinner. Three entries of the same meal type do not count as three.
- Log at least 1 activity.
3.2 Missed days
You may miss one day and still participate in the challenge.
However, to be eligible for the prize you must complete all 21 days CONSISTENTLY.
3.3 Days are final
Each day closes at midnight in IST and is scored at that point. Entries cannot be backdated - logs added after a day has closed do not count towards that day. This is enforced by the system and applies to every participant equally.
3.4 Timezone
Days are calculated in the IST timezone.
3.5 Meal photos
Meals must be logged with a genuine photograph of the food you are eating, taken by you, at the time of eating. See Section 5.1.
3.6 Proof of your logs
Connecting a wearable device or phone health app - Apple Health, Google Fit or equivalent to your Live150 account is strongly recommended, but it is not required to take part in the Challenge or to earn the Fitness Ace badge.
However, if you are shortlisted for the prize you must be able to show that what you logged in Live150 is genuinely reflected elsewhere. Acceptable evidence includes your phone's health app, your watch or fitness tracker's own activity history, or a connected third-party fitness app. We may ask for screenshots, a data export, or to see the records on your device.
This applies at shortlisting and at any tie-break. If you cannot or will not provide that evidence when asked, you will not be eligible for the prize. Your badge is not affected.
3.7 Bonus logs
Mindfulness and sleep logs are not required to qualify - you will earn your badge without them. They add brownie points towards winning: the more consistently you log them, the stronger your standing when the panel reviews the shortlist.
4. Winning rules - how the winner is chosen
4.1 Who enters the judging pool
To be considered for the prize you must meet all of the following:
- Completed all 21 days, with no missed days (Section 3.2).
- Not disqualified under Section 5.
Everyone meeting this condition enters the pool on equal footing.
4.2 Shortlisting
From that pool, we rank participants on the following totals across the 21 days. These are measured for every participant, whether or not they use a connected device:
- Meal logging depth — the total number of distinct meal types logged. Logging all four meal types daily ranks above logging the minimum three.
- Activity consistency — the total number of activities logged.
- Bonus logs — the total number of mindfulness and sleep logs.
The top [5] participants form the shortlist.
4.3 Final judging
A panel reviews the shortlisted participants and selects the winner on three things:
- Quality of eating. Assessed from the logged meals and their nutritional data - macro balance across the Challenge, protein intake, added sugar, and whether the diet stayed consistent rather than starting strong and drifting.
- Activity and movement. The activities logged across the 21 days, together with steps and calories burned where that data is available from a connected device or can be evidenced under Section 3.6.
- Mindfulness and sleep logs. How consistently the participant logged these beyond what the Challenge required.
4.4 Ties and verification
Where two or more participants cannot be separated on the criteria above, the panel will ask each of them to provide the evidence described in Section 3.6. A participant who provides clear, verifiable evidence that their logs reflect real activity will be preferred over one who does not.
A participant who cannot or will not provide that evidence when asked is not eligible for the prize, regardless of their ranking.
4.4 The panel's decision is final
No correspondence will be entered into. Ranking highest in Section 4.2 does not entitle you to the prize.
5. Disqualification
We may remove you from the challenge, revoke your badge, and withhold the prize if we find any of the following. This list is not exhaustive.
5.1 Photo integrity
- Re-using the same or near-identical photographs across multiple days or multiple meals.
- Photographs that are AI-generated, stock images, screenshots, or taken from the internet.
- Photographs that do not show the food being logged.
5.2 Fabricated or inflated logs
- Logging meals or activities you did not actually eat or do.
- Entries that are implausible given your other data - for example activity logs with no corresponding device data, or a full day of meals logged in a single burst at the end of the day.
- Artificially inflating log counts in order to move up the ranking.
5.3 Account and system abuse
- Holding more than one account, or entering on behalf of another person.
- Manipulating device data, timezone settings, or any part of the app.
- Any pattern of behaviour that, in our reasonable judgement, is an attempt to game the challenge rather than take part in it.
5.4 Effect of disqualification
Disqualification removes you from both the badge and the prize. If we discover grounds for disqualification after the prize has been awarded, we may reclaim it and award it to the next eligible participant.
6. Verification
By entering, you agree that we may review your logged data - including meal photographs, nutritional data, activity records, device sync history and log timestamps - in order to verify your entry.
We may ask shortlisted participants for additional confirmation before awarding the prize. If we are unable to reach you within [7] days, or you decline verification, we may select another winner.
7. Prize
- The prize is an Amazon.in Voucher worth Rs 5000/ for 1 winner.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Any taxes or charges arising from the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
- We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
8. Announcement
The winner will be announced on Instagram on our official instagram account (@live150.ai) by 25th October, and contacted using the email address or phone number registered on their account.
By entering, you agree that if you win we may publish your first name, city and your Live150 handle. We will ask you separately before publishing any photograph you logged.
