Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Live150 app (the “Application”) and related services provided by HEALTHHUSTLER.AI CORPORATION (“Service Provider”), offered as a freemium, personalized health and wellness experience. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. No Medical Advice
The Application is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical consultation. Always seek guidance from a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions. The Service Provider is not a licensed medical provider.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application. By using the Application, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
3. License and Intellectual Property
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Application
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Create derivative works or translate the Application
- Use any part of the Application without written permission
All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including trademarks and intellectual property, remain the sole property of the Service Provider.
4. Modifications to the Application
The Service Provider may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. Any applicable charges will be clearly disclosed before use.
5. Data Usage and Security
The Application collects and processes personal and health-related data to deliver a personalized experience. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and Application access. Do not jailbreak or root your device, doing so may compromise security and performance.
6. Internet and Device Responsibility
An active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is required. You are responsible for any data or roaming charges incurred. The Service Provider is not responsible for functionality issues due to connectivity problems or if your device runs out of battery.
7. Third-Party Content and Services
The Application may include content or integrations from third parties. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the reliability or completeness of third-party data and disclaim liability for any resulting damages or inaccuracies.
8. Updates and Termination
You agree to accept updates as provided. The Service Provider may terminate your access at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the Application from your device.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Introduce malware, hack, or attempt unauthorized access
- Use the Application for commercial purposes without consent
- Circumvent security mechanisms
- Violate any local, state, or federal law
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including lost profits, data loss, or loss of goodwill—arising from your use or inability to use the Application.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes must be resolved in the courts located in Newark, New Jersey.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted within the Application and/or on our website. Continued use of the Application after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
